- Project: Shortfilm - 3 minutes
This was a school assignment. I had to compose music for this film with the audio stripped off. It was an exercise to find out what the director of the film was trying to tell. My approach was very classical. For me, it was a classic love story where one person has to go for something important which meant leaving his/her loved one at home. I wanted it to feel quite dramatic and dynamic.
In hindsight there are some things I would have approached differently, but the process was very educational and has helped me to better understand the arc of tension.
